Shauna helps lawyers be successful, fulfilled, and happy. Shauna earned her BA in History from The Johns Hopkins University and her JD from Harvard Law School. She has 25+ in the legal sector–as a practicing attorney for a multinational law firm, a regional law firm, and a company; as a law firm executive; and as an executive coach working in talent development.
She is the founder of a career services boutique for lawyers, where her clients include executives and other lawyers at Amazon, Apple, AT&T, Berkshire Hathaway companies, Caesars, DreamWorks, Goldman Sachs, Google, Major League Baseball, Mars, Meta, MGM, Nike, Sony, TimeWarner, Walmart, and hundreds of Fortune 500, public, and private companies; iconic brands like Martha Stewart; government entities like SCOTUS, the White House, the U.S. Congress, and agencies; the military; Global 100, AmLaw 200, and Chambers-ranked law firms; nonprofit, academic, and public interest organizations; and others.
Shauna has partnered with executive leadership, development, and other programs by In-House Connect (IHC), Corporate Counsel Women of Color (CCWC), Hispanic National Bar Association, DiversityLab, Chief Legal Executive LLC, Judge Advocates Association, and others. In 2024, she was invited to join the Harvard Business Review (HBR) Advisory Council.
She earned certifications in HR (SHRM-CP and PHR), DEI, and more. She was a president, board member, and advisory board member of The National Resume Writers' Association. She is also a board member of the American Bar Association’s Career Center.
