Francisco Robles is a business and technology leader who brings real-world experience from media, technology, and innovation into the classroom. With more than 15 years of experience, he helps students understand how ideas become products, how teams collaborate to solve problems, and how data, creativity, and technology shape the world around them.
Francisco currently serves as Senior Director of Retail Media Strategy at Epsilon, a Publicis Company, where he works with retailers and brands to design smarter, more engaging ways to reach consumers online. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles at companies including Next Millennium Media, The Trade Desk, Meta (Facebook), Starcom, and Microsoft. These roles give him a broad and practical perspective on careers in technology, advertising, analytics, and business leadership.
As a speaker for students, Francisco focuses on making complex topics like artificial intelligence, digital media, career exploration, and leadership accessible and relatable. He enjoys connecting classroom learning to real jobs and real decisions, and he encourages students to think critically about how their interests and strengths can translate into future careers.
Francisco is a first-generation college graduate, a first-generation graduate student, and the first student from Benito Juarez Community Academy to attend Harvard University. He holds a BA from Harvard University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Master’s degree in Communication from Northwestern University. He is passionate about inspiring students to see what is possible, regardless of where they start.
