Nonprofit Chief Operating Officer | Building Paths to Opportunity

Ashley Jordan is a Chief Operating Officer and systems leader who believes opportunity can be designed — and that where you start does not determine where you finish.
She earned her B.A. from the University of Chicago and began her career working in marketing at a law firm and later at a commercial real estate firm. While she was gaining experience in the corporate world, Ashley realized she wanted her work to directly impact people’s lives. That realization led her to transition into the social impact sector, where she now helps build programs and systems that expand access to economic opportunity.
Today, Ashley leads strategy, operations, and program infrastructure within mission-driven organizations, turning big ideas into clear, structured pathways that help people grow into meaningful careers. She specializes in building scalable systems, strengthening teams, and creating environments where both organizations and individuals can thrive.

Ashley is passionate about showing young people that careers are not always linear — and that it’s okay to pivot when your values become clearer. She believes discipline, curiosity, and courage are powerful tools for building a life of impact.

Ashley hopes to inspire students to dream boldly, explore widely, and understand that their future is something they can actively shape — one intentional step at a time.
