LeVincia Porch

LeVincia Porch is the founder and operator of Sprout, an AI-powered emotional wellness platform for children.  She is building Sprout to make early emotional support more visible, practical, and accessible for families, so parents can respond with clarity instead of guessing.

An executive operator by trade, LeVincia brings over 15 years of experience as a strategic Chief of Staff and senior business operations leader, known for translating strategy into execution, accelerating decision-making, and aligning stakeholders when the work is high-stakes and the path is not obvious.  She turns strategy into execution through executive cadence, cross-functional delivery, operational rigor, and data-backed decision-making. 

Her career spans both enterprise and high-growth environments, including Smartsheet, Aramark, Sodexo, and Nordstrom, where she has been trusted to bring structure to ambiguity and deliver outcomes across teams, timelines, and competing priorities.

She is a Chicago-based, first-generation college graduate, founder, corporate leader, and graduate student who built her path without a blueprint and now helps others do the same. LeVincia is completing her Executive MBA and Product Management Certificate at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management and earned her BA in Business, Summa Cum Laude, from National Louis University.
